Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within 7-10 days.   We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders over $100.   Please note all orders shipped from October 1st - December 25th will be shipped via UPS.   All Albuquerque area orders, please choose Local Delivery -- it is faster and cheaper.
 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returned items.  We take great pride in producing hand-crafted items made with the highest quality ingredients to produce our candles and skincare products.  Slight variations may occur and are part of the process of creating items by hand. 

If for any reason your items have been received damaged, please email us at Juliette@EnchantedSugar.com within 3 days of receipt of your items.  We will replace all damaged items or issue you a refund.
